Discord and General Rules
All of the same stuff that applies to the general Twitch chat applies here! Additional Rules listed here.
If you have any questions about any of the rules listed below, please contact a mod or Richiebob for clarification in Discord.
These rules can update without notice, as needed.
1. Don't be a "DICK" (open to interpretation of Richiebob)
2. NO racism, sexism, homophobic, albeist, xenophobic, bullying or hate speech of any kind in global chat or Discord. This type of behavior will result in the person being BANNED.
2. Be kind and respectful to one another, and don't bash on any other streamers or content creators! Respect my mods, they help me and any disrespect of them is disrespecting me!!
3. No spam (Aside from the emote spam channel)
4. No offensive jokes/memes/language
5. No Political or religious statements
6. Please try to post in the correct channels! Each chat channel has a description of what should be posted in there!
7. We Ask that while you are the community servers that you please be in voice comms in this discord. This to help grow the community and lets us have the ability to contact you if needed.
8. Your Discord name shall be the name you use for Twitch.
9. We ask that you do not advertise any other gaming servers. IE. No recruitment to other gaming servers. This will be strongly enforced.

ARK PvE General Rules
1. Don't be a "dick" (open to interpretation of Richiebob)
2. Anyone looting beaver dams and leaving wood in them will get a temp ban from the server. Repeat offenders will be banned permanently from all our servers!
3. Respect the admins! Admins are not on the servers to fix your problems, they are here to make sure the servers are running smooth, that people are following the rules and the servers are updated and restarted when needed. They are not there to replace your lost gears and dinos. If you get stuck, try logging off and on again, this will fix 99% of stuck issues.
4. You must use your Discord name or Twitch name for your character. Each tribe must post their tribe names, member names and main base locations within the Dog Pound discord.
5. We ask that all of our players speak only English in global chat. Feel free to speak any other languages in your tribe chat. If you’re in need of help and struggle with English, please go to our Discord where we can better assist you.
6. Loss of items: admins cannot and will not replace items lost from raids, wild dino attacks, server crashes or rollbacks. It is nearly impossible to retrieve these things due to no viable proof of what has been lost. There is a small chance that your player’s death bag may be recovered if an admin is available in time, otherwise we cannot get it back for you.
7. Do not take any items out of terminals used for boss fights. IE. Items needed to do the ascension cave, "Tek Cave" on the Island Map.
8. All players must adhere to the ARK Code-of-Conduct.
ARK PvE Building Rules
1. Each tribe may have ONE (1) Main Base
2. Structure limits of 7500 are implemented currently but can change at any time to improve server performance.
3. Each tribe may have ONE (1) Outpost (land or sea).
a. Outpost cannot exceed a 5x5x5 or equivalent structure.
b. Outpost’s on ASA are intended to be that area where one can breed the opposite dinos from your main base. (for example: Dog Pound has a land main base, they can have a water outpost for water dino breeding.)
4. Players MUST remove any taming pens or left over structures once finished with them. If you accidentally leave a taming pen out in the wild and you don’t go back to it, admins will destroy it. So it is up to you and your tribe to clean up after yourselves.
5. Claiming land is strictly forbidden, you must not under any circumstance place pillars, foundations, or any other structures down to claim land. If you want to build somewhere please build a house with a bed inside (floor, walls, door & roof – can be just one foundation big). If we see any land claiming we will destroy the tribe structures.
6. Do Not block off resource spawns or build in caves that have major resource spawns.
7. Do Not build in caves -underwater and land- that spawn artifacts or loot drops.
8. If you are going to have to leave for an extended amount of time, > two weeks, let us know or the base you have built is subject to removal to make room for new players who might like the location you have to build there.
9. Structures left unattended after a period of time will be demolished by any admin.
ARK PvE Tribe Rules
1. Make sure if you decide to join a tribe you MERGE the tribe. Don’t leave your tribe to join another tribe as you will loose all your dinos and structures. You must select the option to merge tribes.
2. No tribe member rotations or swapping.
a. Each player can be in only one (1) Tribe for all of the clusters.
b. Your character MUST be in the same tribe on any other maps you transfer to.
c. You may not have more than one character anywhere in the cluster.
d. Any tribe disputes will be handled within the tribe. Admins will not become police or judges in any tribe disputes.
3. Tribe sabotage or “insiding” on tribes is forbidden. If you are found stealing, destroying, or compromising a tribe you’re in/joined to perform these acts it will result in a permanent BAN from the Dog Pound Community.
4. Feel free to offer help to new players but remember a lot of the early game is the excitement of building up and learning to play ARK. Please don’t give away high level dinos and gear to new players as this could ruin the enjoyment of the game.
ARK PvE Dino Rules
1. If you come across any dinos that are claimable and the dinos/structures do not have a Tek shield protecting them then anyone can claim them. Do NOT come crying to us if this happens to you, it is your responsibility to ensure you log in at least once per week to reset the timers. Claim only what you actually need, do not be greedy – others may need them as well. If you do claim dinos do NOT leave them where they are claimed, you MUST take them back to your base!
2. Only keep dino’s out that you need for breeding and keep the rest cryo podded to keep lag down.
